Shipping Policy

At Armorshop, we want to ensure your order reaches you and your furry friends as quickly and safely as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, timelines, and how we handle special circumstances. 1. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and production before your order ships out. This time allows us to carefully prepare and package your items with the love and care your pets deserve.

2. Shipping Times

• Norway: Average transit time is 5–8 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While most packages arrive on time, factors like holidays, weather, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters) may cause delays. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order without any penalty! To cancel, please email us at glennabj86@icloud.com with the subject line “CANCEL” within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can return it once received (see our Return and Refund Policy for details).

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting us at glennabj86@icloud.com. We can update your address within 24 hours of your order being placed. After that, we may not be able to make changes, and the package may be shipped to the address provided.

5. Damaged Items

We take great care to package every item with extra padding to ensure it arrives safely. However, in rare cases (about 1 in 1,000), items may be damaged during transit due to mishandling by the shipping carrier. If this happens, please contact us at glennabj86@icloud.comwith:

• Your order number.

• A photo of the damaged product.

Once we receive this information, we’ll gladly send a replacement free of charge.

6. Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we’ll ship the available items immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they’re back in stock. If you receive only part of your order, don’t worry—your remaining items will be on their way shortly!
